Christina is the owner of both Namaste My Friends, as an intuitive advisor, yoga instructor and workshop/retreat facilitator, and The Chrisalis, which is a 1902 schoolhouse near Wakefield, which is now being used as a holistic wellness space for workshops, classes and day retreats.

Christina’s 20 year self-discovery journey of workshops, reading, courses, breakups, divorce, moving and travelling has taught her many life lessons and she will be sharing with you what she’s taken away from all that experience and how it built her confidence.

She is not only a Certified Law of Attraction Life Coach, she also has a Masters Degree in Social Work and is a previous psychotherapist who is extensively trained in Mindfulness, Assertiveness Training, Emotion Regulation and Effective Stress Management. Francesca is the author of her e-book, My Tenacious Heart: Truth Telling Taking this Entrepreneur Home. She is a dynamic public speaker who offers workshops and presentations on the Law of Attraction in relation to Career, Finances, Relationships and Health.

Karen was recently named one of Ottawa’s top 10 life coaches, and received Ottawa’s “World Class Speaker” award.
